With Miru 1month Toric, the Japanese company Menicon has created a monthly lens that makes having sharp and comfortable vision possible with astigmatism. To ensure that it can be readily worn all day, the contact lens employs MeniSilk™ technology. This ensures a particularly high supply of oxygen to the eyes. The sophisticated edge profile makes the lens especially thin, so that the eyelids glide gently over the edge of the contact lens. Miru 1month Toric has particularly high wettability. Thanks to NanoGloss™ technology, the surface of the contact lens remains smooth and moist. Deposits and dryness are prevented. This ensures long-lasting comfort and sharp vision.

The Miru 1month Toric monthly lens provides excellent oxygenation and visual acuity with astigmatism. It can be worn safely and comfortably throughout the day. The MeniSilk™ technology ensures an especially breathable material. Due to the thin fabrication, oxygen supply remains high even with strong prescriptions, which does not go without saying. The optimal supply of oxygen to the eyes through contact lenses is especially important during long wearing times, so that lenses are well tolerated in the long term, and the eyes remain bright and white.

Clean and moist contact lenses for astigmatism

The NanoGloss™ technology and the ultra-smooth surface it creates ensure a comfortable and consistently moist lens. Buildup of dust and dirt from the environment - as well as lipid deposits (fats) from the tear film - have hardly any chance at all on the smooth surface. This also reduces the germ count of the contact lenses after wearing compared to other monthly silicone hydrogel lenses. This makes wearing contact lenses even more comfortable. At the same time, Miru 1month Toric enables very sharp vision, since films have a hard time forming on the lenses.

The edge of the Miru 1month Toric lens is made to be particularly thin and supple. Regardless of the required prescription strength, the edge thickness always remains the same. This eliminates differences in comfort with different prescription strengths on the right and left eye. Due to the clever lens design, the wearer can handle the average 28,000 blinks per day without batting an eyelid.
