The Proclear Multifocal Toric XR are soft monthly lenses from Coopervision. They consist of Omafilcon A with a water content of 59% and are suitable for the simultaneous correction of astigmatism (corneal curvature) and presbyopia (ageing vision). While astigmatism can occur at any age, presbyopia is caused by a decrease in the flexibility of the eye lens. It is usually noticeable from the age of 40 to 50 years.
