Eligibility requirements

We are pleased to see that you would like to take part in the "Trial Use" campaign. If you are eligible to participate, you will receive contact lenses from us free of charge. For each visually impaired eye, we will send you one free trial pack of five contact lenses to the address you specified. For eyes without astigmatism, you will receive trial lenses from Acuvue Oasys 1-Day. For eyes with astigmatism, you will receive trial lenses from Acuvue Oasys 1-Day for Astigmatism.

All residents of Switzerland who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate in the "Trial Use" campaign. The General Terms and Conditions (see also: www.lensvision.ch/agb) and  Privacy Policy (www.lensvision.ch/Datenschutzerklaerung) of Lensvision (hereinafter referred to as Lensvision) will apply. To be eligible to take part, applicants must also ensure the following points:

• Your eyes are healthy, as certified by an ophthalmologist or optician within the last twelve months
• You have been wearing contact lenses comfortably for at least six months and know how to handle and maintain them
• The contact lens prescription matches the information provided by an ophthalmologist or optician who has fitted the contact lenses for you
• Based on the prescription you provide, trial lenses from Acuvue Oasys 1-Day will be delivered for eyes without astigmatism and trial lenses from Acuvue Oasys 1-Day for Astigmatism will be delivered for eyes with astigmatism 

Moreover, participants must ensure that they have their eyes regularly checked by a Lensvision partner optician, or another ophthalmologist or optician. An eye check-up is particularly important when changing contact lenses. Participants who cannot guarantee this proceed at their own risk. Lensvision recommends that you get your eyes checked at least once a year.

If trial lenses from Acuvue Oasys 1-Day without astigmatism or Acuvue Oasys 1-Day for Astigmatism are unavailable for the prescription you provide, you will not be able to take part in the "Trial Use" campaign. Multifocal contact lenses (for near and far) are excluded from the campaign. If you are unable to participate in the campaign, you are not entitled to receive any other free contact lenses from Lensvision other than those previously mentioned.
